N-Able Remote Control Options

N-Able has multiple options when it comes to remotely supporting your various servers and workstations. Please review the following and check the option that you would like us to set up for you.

Server Authorization Method (Choose One)

Unattended Take Control: Allows consultants to log in anytime your server is powered on, including after-hours, without staff assistance. We will enter your username/password if the server is locked or logged out.

Take Control with User Confirmation, with Login Screen Access: Requires staff approval when logged in. If locked/logged out, we will log in using your username/password.

Take Control with User Confirmation: Requires staff approval when logged in. If locked/logged out, we will log in using your username/password.

No Remote Access: No access to your servers through N-Able.

Workstation Authorization (Choose One)

Take Control with User Confirmation: Requires staff approval when logged in. If locked/logged out, we will log in using your username/password.

No Remote Access: No access to your servers through N-Able.

Workstation Authorization (Check for approval)

Remote Background: Allows troubleshooting on servers/workstations without viewing your screen or interrupting work.
